CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Label files are gernerated every Wednesday seven days in advance. Therefore, your magazines shall go out with the new address between 7 and 14 days after the change was done.

In addition, the transit time until delivery must be taken into account. Please see diagram:

1 Address Changing.
2 First Wednesday following Address Change: Issuance of address lists for the following week.
3 Second Wednesday: Magazines are shipped according to files generated the previous week.
4 Delivery in the new recipient's address.

How to change your Delivery Address:

1 Go to My Account

2 Open Modify your address book entries

3 Edit the address you want to change and modify details.

Warning! No need to change the position of Address by Default. Yes means this will also be the billing address.

4 Click on Continue
